How to subscribe to a Bulletin Board Forum or Topic
What does it mean to Subscribe to the AOA Bulletin Board? It means that
every time a new
topic is posted or a comment is added to a post you are interested in you will
receive an email notice
alerting you to the update. Subscribing to a bulletin board forum or topic is easy and can be done in
just five simple steps, use the instructions below to find out how.
Step 1
Login into the AOA web site with your member account.
Step 2
Click on the Bulletin Board link in the main navigation.
Step 3
Once in the Bulletin Board, find the forum you would like to subscribe to and click on it. Remember that forums are one level below categories so in this example we are choosing the "Open Forum" under the Legislation and Compliance category.
Step 4
Once in the forum you will see the Subscribe icon above the Topic header. Click on this icon to subscribe to this forum.
Step 5
Clicking the icon will pop-up the subscription window. Check the selection "To my email account" to have update notifications routed to your email address on file. Then click the Submit icon to complete the transaction. When finished you will be notified that you are now subscribed to the forum, click the close icon to close the window.
Follow these steps to subscribe to as many forums or topic as you like.
